Naveen Chandra Pandey is an educationist with over 27 years of experience in institutional management, governance, and compliance across K–12 and higher education. He currently serves as Vice Chairman, The Centre for Science and Indian Philosophy, and Divisional Manager – Operations & Administration at Global Schools Group, Singapore.

Mr. Pandey began his career in 1998 with the Maharishi Mahesh Yogi Organization as a Management Trainee and subsequently worked across management, corporate development, higher education administration, and governance-related roles. He later handled comprehensive school administration, program development, compliance frameworks, and branding at Global Indian International School (GIIS), along with key responsibilities in parliamentary and government institutions under Late Dr. L. M. Singhvi and at IGNCA.

His experience also spans corporate stints in sales and marketing, organization of major international conferences, and extensive exposure to education systems and institutions in India and abroad. Academically, he holds a three-year Diploma in Modern Office Practice, a B.Com from the University of Delhi, and an MBA in Marketing. He is also the Founder and Settlor of two registered educational trusts, dedicated to holistic and innovative K–12 education across multiple Indian states, reflecting his long-term commitment to transformative schooling and institutional development.
